They came in wrapped all my furniture, pictures, TVs and boxes. They loaded my garbage tools all in about 4 hours. On moving days I received a call or text as they started the day and all stops. I knew where my belongings were every step of the way from California to Texas. They arrived on time on the day of delivery. When Lowe's installers realized our new dishwasher was damaged, they capped the pipe while we…read morewaited for a replacement to arrive. Well, the cap broke and flooded our kitchen ruining much of our laminate flooring. While quite stressful, we had extra boards on hand so we thought we could easily get it fixed. We first got a quote from another company for many (!) thousands & they said we'd have to replace the entire kitchen floor with tile or a non-matching laminate (different from the rest of the house) and have two raised seams at the kitchen exits. This wasn't what we wanted. Then Tom came out from Paso Robles Floor. He told us this could be a simple repair. They replaced the damaged boards for us - it was timely, inexpensive, and our floors are beautiful again! We could not be happier. Tom & Kyle really know flooring & offer excellent customer service. They didn't try to upsell us. They were honest & up front as well as highly skilled. When we have any future flooring needs we know exactly who we will call! He had a friend that needed my storage unit and when he's friend ended up in jail and could not pay his bill he charged me the month he said I could have for free. I took a day off work to help him out and moved out in one day for his friend to move in and I did everything he asked of me. When I finally had enough lies from him and was moving out he billed me two times in one month and I had to paid it before he would take his lock off my storage. He sent me a notice saying he was going to keep my stuff if I didn't pay again. Then he kept my $130.00 deposit. He is a lair and thief. Don't rent there unless you want to get taken for your deposit or even billed twice in a month and have to pay or he will keep you belongs.

We only had one day to take out what he would need, donate what was useful, and haul away the rest. Oliver responded to our phone message and almost immediately met us at the townhome. He helped us take everything out, which wasn't easy due to a steep, curved staircase, and heavy, awkward furniture. He was so helpful and worked hard to get the job done quickly. My husband took part of the day off to wait for Roger to come do the job and Roger showed up hours late without even bothering to call my husband to let him know he was running late. Very unprofessional. It has now been 4 months since he said he'd come back to finish the job in a couple of weeks. Doesn't call us back or answer our phone calls. Would not recommend.
