Our family members pictures where not set out, the bulletin was the other ladies the picture video was the other ladies picture video, the casket was set down crooked, the casket was pushed up against the wall it wasn't even under the lights. This was the most unorganized disgusting display of unprofessional behavior that I have ever seen. Go elsewhere please.
