Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was not great. I initially texted over my plans and worked with K From the beginning, I felt the interaction was pretty passive aggressive and not very welcoming. I also had someone with me during the interaction who noticed the same thing, so it wasn't just my perception. Then I received an email quote for $289 for each of my pieces, which didn't seem right based on the different sizes and what I had originally requested. I called to get clarification and was connected with Marcella, who was much more helpful. She was able to explain the pricing and get me the information I actually needed. At that point, though, the first experience had already left a bad impression. When you're spending money on something, you want to feel like you're being treated fairly and that you can trust the person you're doing business with. Getting a quote that didn't seem to match what I was asking for made me uncomfortable moving forward. I ended up going with another company, even though it cost me about $100 more, simply because I felt more comfortable doing business with them. I'm giving two stars instead of one because I never actually received the finished products, so I can't fairly judge the quality of their work. They may do great work and their pricing may be competitive. My review is strictly based on my customer service and quoting experience. I really wanted to keep the business local, but unfortunately the experience wasn't good enough for me to continue.

Well James your going to learn the hard way to not say that. My company just got bought out so we needed new letterhead and envelopes. Letterhead came just fine, but the envelopes are substandard. I asked them to replace them but they refused. Would you pay $286.15 for envelopes that the ink was not applied properly, you can see the paper thru it? They said it was the envelopes that they sold me that the ink wouldn't stick to good. So it's opaque looking. Not on all of them. Just random throughout probably 75%. Not good Quality.
