I called and at first I asked for storm shutters, however, the man I spoke with thought a high impact window would serve my needs better. Measurements were taken, the permits obtained and the window ordered with an estimate of 2 months, or possibly more, to get the project done. I am so happy to report that exactly 2 months later Jeff and Jay showed up and it was a real pleasure working with them. The installation took less than a day and because I named my new quiet/safe room "Heaven," you can guess I am very delighted with the outcome. They have been around a long time and definitely the best in the area! A real delight working with all to achieve exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended! First they sell you on "commercial quality parts" then put in a harbor freight…read morepump, dies withing the first 6 months, the company of course refuses to replace (even though they stopped using those pumps (hmm wonder why) then they charge you 275.00 just to come out and look (you'll never get it back). Then to swap out the pump with the one they use now(not much better.. its a Everbilt from homedepot that runs 375.00) but want to charge you 1k to install.. maybe 25 minutes of labor. They don't stand behind anything they do, they hire nothing but guys that don't speak english.(I will be submitting to ICE as well). Hell the people answering the phones barely speak it. they use inferior products. If anyone are dumb enough to use these guys, please do yourself a favor and get in writing everything that is covered, because what i was told and what actually they did are vastly different
