Being a past customer gives us a small discount which helps to lower the cost of operating. The spa is a Hot Springs salt based system, so very little maintenance is required due to a lot of automation of water quality tech built in. There have been a few small items requiring some fixes, but have been covered by warranty which is a bonus and another reason why we chose this spa system.

Bad leaks around my steps made it impossible to keep the pool full and over time the older liner was trashed. New liner installed, refreshed resealed the stepz, painted the deck. Most importantly, we had a ground water problem that required us to install a proper dewatering system near the main drain of the pool to help make sure there was no ground water in the bottom of the pool. It's a big deal to me when getting involved in a big project to know that the person handling it has what's best for YOU in mind, and not what's best for their wallet. We would pop in to Spa Kingdom randomly over the course of about 6 months. We never felt pressured to buy. We did have certain limitations to the size of our spa and together we were able to come up with a perfect solution. Matt and Leanne were happy to assist in anyway they could. Chad at Oasis came out the same day to start the Green-to-Clean process. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I know very little about what was to be involved. They came out the following Monday and Tuesday. When they noticed the process was going slower than normal, Wednesday they replaced the worn filter. They came back Friday to verify the process was then complete & the pool was ready! We had a great pool party on Saturday for the 4th of July. The pool still looks fantastic! I highly recommend them for their super fast, very friendly and completely amazing service!
