The spa is a Hot Springs salt based system, so very little maintenance is required due to a lot of automation of water quality tech built in. There have been a few small items requiring some fixes, but have been covered by warranty which is a bonus and another reason why we chose this spa system.

First, person that was switching our spa cover around, had to borrow tools from my husband and was asking for help. Second, my husband noticed some nails were missing on side of spa, but thought none of it, when the job was finished. When we confronted worldspas of Ocala for the third time and asked about repair we were given some lame excuse about storm damage. My husband secured cover so could not be lifted in hurricane, so that theory goes in drain. We've contacted them three times for issue and they never bothered to call back or respond by email. If the job was done right the first time we would not have issue now. My husband did not have confidence in them from the start and he was right. We would pop in to Spa Kingdom randomly over the course of about 6 months. We never felt pressured to buy. We did have certain limitations to the size of our spa and together we were able to come up with a perfect solution. Matt and Leanne were happy to assist in anyway they could.
