Too high to use trim to cover the lintel and too crooked to fix with trim. The vinyl seams cracked from forcing window in the buck frame. The other window was too narrow with same issue already described. After numerous attempts to get them back out to fix, I finally got the following text message response 'As many times I came out there and the deal you were given. If that's what you wish to do just make sure you tell the whole truth and not your truth. I don't respond well to threats. Good luck to you moving forward.' The threat he referenced was that I was going to give the company a poor review. Stay away from this company or you'll have to hire another contractor to fix their mistakes!
