So this was a very nice, unexpected change. Also his estimate was on the lower end of the bids for the work that had to be done in the kitchen. He tore out water damaged drywall from the kitchen ceiling, repaired/replaced it, matched the texture perfectly, painted the ceiling, the walls and the cupboards.
