Our dogs are small and they knew that. Our dogs could get cut bc once something was stuck inside they would mess with the traps. I immediately took the traps out the ground. Called critter control to pick them up and cancel service. They put snake repellent down that costs $20 a bag or so and charged me $524. I've emailed and called several times because the consultant said they would refund my money. Thus was 05/20/26 and as of 06/02/26 no response for any managers, consultants or others reference the refund and no credit. This business is the worst and I basically got ripped off. We had to buy our own stuff to try to rid of snakes. Don't use them, they are horrible and their customer service is just a lie.

And suddenly in May they stopped coming. Didn't answer calls. The bed bugs came back full infestation. Mom called recently and wa told they would call her back and guess what? Not a peep.. yesterday we had to throw furniture out that "supposedly " treated... as many bed bugs as we found it was definitely not. Not dead bug live ones. He is always very friendly and even takes the time to educate me on additional things I can do. I love the personal touch you get from a smaller local company. I called him this week and he answered immediately with "Hello Melissa". You don't get that kind of response from the big guys!
