And suddenly in May they stopped coming. Didn't answer calls. The bed bugs came back full infestation. Mom called recently and wa told they would call her back and guess what? Not a peep.. yesterday we had to throw furniture out that "supposedly " treated... as many bed bugs as we found it was definitely not. Not dead bug live ones. My handicap mom is severely allergic and she can't even sleep in her bed. Your motto is 100% guaranteed and it's not.

They've threatened to turn me into collections over this and from other reviews, it seems this is a common occurrence with their company.
