I could not be happier with this company. I had a cedar privacy fence installed in November. It's beautiful, more so than I could've imagined. From the first guy that came to walk my backyard with me, to the office staff and checked on me before and after it was done, to the guys that came and did the work I am 100% satisfied. We had one mis-communication that I think I caused on the start date but the office was responsive and we worked it out and that's all you can ask for. The guys that came finished in a day and a half and cleaned up. They came in the second day and asked if I liked it so far and if I had any concerns. This was a big expense for me but they came in under the other companies I got estimates with and they had their process down better. Pretty careless people. When they were coming to the job we noticed them run a red light through a busy intersection while hauling a trailer. I am no longer considering them for any jobs and canceled any current projects we have. Not worth the potential damage they will bring to your property. read more

Mark with Central Iowa Fencing was great to work with. He came, did an estimate and supervised the job. He was very personable and attentive to details. We had a 4ft cedar picket fence put in our backyard, with the steel posts that were suggested. The fence looks good, but they refuse to itemize the bill, so I have no idea what I really paid for.

First of all they were reasonably priced. Mark was extremely nice to work with, and they actually worked me in ahead of schedule to finish the fence 3 weeks ahead of the scheduled time. Highly recommend. Quality was superb. read more

Central Iowa Fencing put in a part wood privacy fence (with steel posts) and part chain link fence at my residence. When Mark came to give me an estimate, he spent the better part of an hour going over absolutely everything with me and answered all of my questions. I can't say that about every estimate I received. Some were only here for 10 minutes. Mark and his crew came in on a Saturday morning and worked diligently to get this done in less than a day. They were extremely professional and left the yard completely picked up. There was no evidence that they were there except for the new fence! I couldn't be happier with the work that was done and have received many compliments. (They even asked to have my dog come out and play in her new fenced in yard before they were completely finished!) read more

their employees don't know how to level post, owner tells you you don't have to pay bill till your satisfied but if you complain about your service he comes out and tears your fence down, he doesn't care about his employees doing shotty work, he has you sign a contract stating that he owns the piece of land that piece of land that the fence is built on until the bill is paid in full so much for not having to pay bill till your satisfied, I watched them install my fence they didn't put gravel in bottom of holes to allow for proper drainage of water off the concrete which I was told causes for early wrott of the post, some posts sitting higher then others out of the ground which makes me believe that if he cant get his post set at a proper depth due to concrete or anything else being in the way under ground he just sets the post on top and says forget it,. I would not refer him to anybody nor will I ever, If I was anyone I would not refer this company to anyone period unless you are wanting ripped off by a fly by not fencing company that takes credit for the company being around for 14 years when if you look far enough back he bought the business out right 3 years ago. what a scoundral. read more
