They were able to schedule me for an appointment promptly. It was a very clean building and it smelled nice inside. All of the people that I interacted with were very kind and polite. I thought that I would have to come to multiple appointments and that it would be months before my teeth were fixed but after the x-rays, the dentist decided he would fix my teeth then and there. In an hour,give or take, my teeth were fixed and they look great. You can hardly tell that they were damaged at all. It feels like a miracle. I would recommend this dentist to anybody.

Having used dentists in Wichita and then McPherson I can safely say this is the best place I have…read moredealt with. My wife and myself have gotten excellent care. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they are also efficient and had me in and out quick for my cleanings. My wife had to have some major work done and Erik took his time to explain the options, get us pricing and plan it all out. Most importantly, he was honest and cared, he followed up on his own time after it to make sure everything was ok and got her in quick when she had another issue in relation to the work. One important thing to me is the privacy, they have individual rooms vs other places that just have stations next to each other with small partitions. My wife has a fear of dental work and the place we visited first in mcpherson had all their stations in one area in a row, during our consult their we could hear another patient in pain and for my wife that is unbearable, with Lindsborg Family Dental you get a private room. During my cleaning all instruments were sealed in a bag and opened in front of me, this is an important thing to look for when getting dental work! To top it all off, he was $1,400 less for my wife's work vs the place in McPherson.

I just left after truly the worst dental experience of my life. In fairness, I had a root canal…read moreearlier this year, which they did a wonderful job with and was why I decided to become a regular patient... but boy that was a mistake. I had a 10:00 appointment, which I got to 15 minutes early. It was after 10:30 before I asked the woman at the desk what kind of delay the doctors had. Again, I was assuming they were just busy not that I had been completely forgotten about. The woman at the desk assured me that they would be with me right away, and I was given a gift card to apologize. So again, I'm cool at this point. I had the day free, it's not a big deal. I'm just there for a cleaning and to go about my day. Absolutely no cleaning ever happened. The first woman came in and prodded my gums looking for pockets. I'd never had this before, it wasn't explained how or why this is now part of a yearly dental experience, and it was just assumed I was going to do the expected treatment plan without presenting options or costs. Then the sorry excuse for a dentist comes in, who does not have any beside manner at all. He talks to the attendant, who truly was the only positive part of this entire experience and I am very sorry she has to work with people like this, he makes assumptions about my teeth with his hands in my mouth shouts off numbers, talks to her about her husband, never tries to acknowledge that I am anything more than a cardboard box on the chair, and didn't even give me his name or else it would be in this review. He states I have two cavities, I have never had a single cavity in my life and walks off. No conversation, no humanity, and absolutely no cleaning which is what I went in for in the first place. I am not a number, I am a human being, and I deserve to be talked to as if I am not some kind of checklist. If I get a bill from today, I am absolutely going to contest it. Worst dental experience in my life, outside of that poor tech who was clearly a loving a lovely woman. I will not be back, and I'd encourage you to avoid if you want to be treated well.

If it can be said that there is such a thing as a gentle dentist he is it. He has given me numerous injections and I have never felt one.
