Everyone is always very nice and they go out of their way to make your feel comfortable. Helpful and knowledgeable. Not the type of place where they are all wearing headsets so they can crank patients in and out. They take their time and do a great job. On certain days they open at 7am, which is great!

They were able to schedule me for an appointment promptly. It was a very clean building and it smelled nice inside. All of the people that I interacted with were very kind and polite. I thought that I would have to come to multiple appointments and that it would be months before my teeth were fixed but after the x-rays, the dentist decided he would fix my teeth then and there. In an hour,give or take, my teeth were fixed and they look great. You can hardly tell that they were damaged at all. It feels like a miracle. I would recommend this dentist to anybody.

I could not have been more…read moredisappointed, I went there for implants, and I kept telling Dr , I know that the implants were off, he never discussed a plan of care with me, I did not sign the consent until I was literally in his dental chair. He lowered my own teeth to make the back teeth fit his work which crowed my own natural teeth which caused them to hurt they were all moved over after the implants. This dr even told me that when a husband and wife cannot get along they get a divorce. was completely shocked. The Dr had all his staff line up a few on each side and proceeded to tell me thing about hisband and wife when they can not get along. The staff faces were shocked and a couple had a jaw litteraly drop. I contacted the company in AZ the HR person stepped in on a joint phone call and when she left the conversation I was to have an appt for the Dentist to reevaluate, however he always denied saying that he told me the thing about a husband and wife getting a divorce, I simply said yes you did, and I simply touched his shoulder as his back was turned and I touched it ever so lightly, He blurted out as loudly as he could DONT TOUCH ME. it totally blew me away. It made me feel he wanted his staff to think I was inappropriate. I have talked to the dental board, the details are too much for here . The board informed me there is not a time limit on reporting. I certainly plan to do so . So enter at your own risk. I am not exaggerating. If you do go here make sure this dentist discusses a plan of care and thoroughly explain what the heck he is doing, And that he clearly understands that you are there for the a fit not a half way reconstruction that will not be comfortable with the rest of your own teeth. (this guy is insane)I really dont know where this dentist was coming from by the work he did. Sorry to say that this is the BEST review I can give, interesting that I have been followed by a reputable dentist, this dentist identified the same thing that I was trying to tell the dentist at New Horizons. If it can be said that there is such a thing as a gentle dentist he is it. He has given me numerous injections and I have never felt one. Having used dentists in Wichita and then McPherson I can safely say this is the best place I have…read moredealt with. My wife and myself have gotten excellent care. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they are also efficient and had me in and out quick for my cleanings. My wife had to have some major work done and Erik took his time to explain the options, get us pricing and plan it all out. Most importantly, he was honest and cared, he followed up on his own time after it to make sure everything was ok and got her in quick when she had another issue in relation to the work. One important thing to me is the privacy, they have individual rooms vs other places that just have stations next to each other with small partitions. My wife has a fear of dental work and the place we visited first in mcpherson had all their stations in one area in a row, during our consult their we could hear another patient in pain and for my wife that is unbearable, with Lindsborg Family Dental you get a private room. During my cleaning all instruments were sealed in a bag and opened in front of me, this is an important thing to look for when getting dental work! To top it all off, he was $1,400 less for my wife's work vs the place in McPherson.
