My son attended Wall to Wall for almost 2 years. He really enjoyed it until the beginning of this…read moreyear. Recently we decided to stop attending. I paid for 6 months at a time since he started. I had 3 months left when we decided to stop. I emailed the owners wife, who runs the payment accounts, about getting my remaining balance back (approx. $400). She emailed me stating it is their policy to not refund, but they would hold a credit if he decides to return. I went to the dojo after I received this email about this "policy". The staff there could not produce this policy. (Had I been told, read, or given this "policy" I would have never paid 6 months at a time). I then emailed back asking if I could at the very least transfer the credit to another student. (Not ideal, but at least my money would go towards a kids classes). They emailed back that they do not transfer credits. So essentially I am being super messed over because I paid 6 months at a time. Had I only paid month to month I would only be out, at most, $135. Because of this interaction, we will definitely never return to Wall to Wall.
