I was also informed that I needed my own insurance to rent a vehicle, which was confusing given my understanding of Enterprise's rental requirements and available protection options. What was most concerning was the manner in which I was treated. During my visit, I observed other customers being assisted and receiving rentals without similar issues. As an African American customer, the experience left me questioning whether I was treated differently because of my race. While I cannot definitively determine the reason for my treatment, the interaction caused me serious concern and made me feel unwelcome and unfairly singled out. Because of the seriousness of these concerns, I am documenting this incident and seeking guidance regarding my rights and available options. I am also consulting legal counsel regarding the matter.

Please take a picture of the mileage. Service picking up was great but dropping off was a mess. Please go to Hertz or Enterprise on Siegen. They were so accommodating and put the exact mileage and made sure to tell you to bring it back at this. This was a good play for Budget. Keep your paperwork and get a picture of the car and mileage. I've been renting from Avis on Siegen lane for 8 months, spending over $12,000 during this time. Despite my loyalty, I've been consistently misinformed about multiple issues. There is no such thing as a reservation when it comes to Uber rentals, be prepared to be lied to about that. Avis can block your account for any reason and will lie and say it's Uber. Let me help you out and this comes from the supervisor's mouth I have him on video and audio saying "I don't care what Uber or whoever's on that phone says I make up my own rules" I will post some of the screenshots from time Avis blocked my account and lied and said it was Uber. One of the most recent lies "On multiple occasions, I was told by Avis that Uber requires drivers to transition to an all-electric vehicle by 1/10/2025. However, after verifying with Uber, I found this information to be completely false. No one can waste time finding a charger station, waiting in line for a 200 miles limit car. All I wanted was to keep a gas car. Sad too many lies. I will post videos on YouTube and all platforms. I have over 55 screenshot and videos. I cannot recommend this company to other Uber drivers or renters. Honesty and transparency are critical in this business, and Avis has failed on both fronts. Then, some things came up with the dealer where they said they could cover the rental car, while my car was being worked on, so had to come here to get a car (in order for them to pay for it). The Enterprise employee was so nice and helpful. Sadly, the only car they had in the size we needed was an F-150. For those that know me, I am tiny, so that truck was waaaaaay too big! The seats were so hard to adjust and it was kind of grimy on the inside. Totally not for me. Luckily my husband was able to drive it and we had the option of exchanging it at the BTR Enterprise location. So, we did just that! Anyway, this location (on Airline by Siegen) definitely exceeded our expectations and we were thrilled to get such great service despite the other bad reviews they received. These rental car facilities are hit & miss. They change out management often, so a review written 1-2 years back might no longer be valid because their is a different staff in place.
