This was the first company that ever asked for "Up-Front" money ($250) to try and sell our home. We have encountered numerous problems with this business: (1) They do NOT answer any email messages in a timely manner; (2) No sign provided that could be used in our Community' (3) Promise to "update home facts," but after five weeks, none of the information had been updated! (4) It has now been over a month, and we have not had one person come to view or see our home. (5) Requested refund we paid (so called for "Marketing Purposes") but this is just a way to "steal" money from people; (6) Owner (Jorge/George) is rude, unbending, and refuses to return our money; (7) Asked us to lower home price, which we did, but lower price was never updated on our home ad!! In short, if you are looking to sell a mobile or manufactured home, stay way far away from this shady outfit. They are only too happy to take your money, but do virtually nothing to sell your home!!! They lie, cover up their business practices, and refused to return money when they do NOT do the job!!! Collect up-front money...and do nothing to sell the home!! I have steered numerous people already away from this shady business, and will do all I can to continue to not use Mobile Home Way to sell their homes!!! I had to give them a star, but would give them NO stars if I had my way!!

Having only lived in a home for the past 17 years, navigating the mobile home market can be challenging. Dani made this so much easier for me. I was under an incredible amount of stress because I was selling my home in Orlando and moving to Vero Beach. I am disabled and a widow. Thank God for Dani. She was unfortunately dealing with a difficult seller and a very stressed out buyer. I had some unusual situations on my end because I was selling my home in Apopka and I was downsizing from a 2000 square-foot home to a 1500 square-foot home. I also had a brother in Fort Lauderdale, who wanted to be involved in the process. Although, Dani was not my agent, her and her associate, Shari, really went above and beyond to help me not only get through this process, but to make sure I got the help and support I needed to make this transition. It really helped that Dani lived right in the community. She sent me links to all the different sites I needed to set things up down here. She also measured all the rooms for me, took extra pictures, and did multiple showings for me and my brother. However, what is even more important, was how much time and energy she put into trying to insure that the house was completely ready for me when I moved in. She met me at the Home on the closing day, we discussed everything that was going to happen and then I followed her to her office. I was really surprised at how simple the closing was, even though Dani had told me it would be. I appreciate that all the paperwork, like the title and tags, were taken care of by Four Star's. As far as we were concerned all was good to go. 2 weeks pass, I reached out to make sure things were ok. NOPE! There was a "discrepancy in the paperwork". Of course a monetary one, due by us. 2000 to be exact. Not my error not my problem, a contract is a contract you don't make a deal and then call 2 weeks later requesting MORE money. Owner never was seen or available, and quiet frankly is a shady business man. Take your time, money and business elsewhere!!!

Despite telling me he would decline the payment - he did not, and that he had contacted PP, which he did not per PP, I could only get my $$ back by raising a dispute with PP. And waiting the time it took to be awarded in my favor due to lack of seller response. Buyer beware with this place.
