Terrible company to do business with. Dropped off a machine for repairs with assurance they could do it. A month and a half later they say they can't repair it and charged me almost 500 dollars just to get it back. Waste of time, waste of money. I will never use them again read more

I'll start by saying I probably won't go back but if you need something, Kyle is the person to talk to. He was helpful, responsive and kind. They're the only NH dealership in town, if I had a choice I probably wouldn't do business with them. I called on Monday to discuss service. I had an implement stuck on the back of my tractor. I don't own a trailer and inquired about a service call. I was told that the service would be $125/hr and $1.80 per mile. I did not realize that the per hour charge begins when the truck leaves the shop. Not what I have experienced with other service industries. I expected the entire thing to be between $200 and $250. Maybe I should have known better? I was charged over $350 for the call. The original bill was around 390.00 but they took the "shop supplies" charge off since there were none. The service guy was here for between maybe 15 minutes, but giving the benefit of the doubt, and that I didn't check my watch, I'll say 30 min. I'm located 22 miles from the shop. In late morning traffic that's between 30-35 minutes away. That's an hour of drive time. So calculating 1.5 hours at 125 an hour is 187.50. 1.80 per mile x 44 miles round trip is roughly 80 bucks. That total, 267.50 is a lot, but based on their fees, reasonable. I called to talk to someone who identified herself as the owner. The call was fairly insulting on her part, implying that I should have just known how much it would be, because that's the way everyone works. I've never been charged travel time, but even if I were, by my estimate I was over charged by about 90 bucks. I've said my piece, I've paid my bill and bought one other item from them. Buzzfile business information website lists company revenue at around 13 million. I don't expect that my complaint or the loss of my 350.00 worth of business means much to them. It just sucks that it couldn't have gone better. When it comes to customer service, I think it pays to be kind. I realize that I was pretty frustrated when I called, but that is the nature of customer service and frankly, I was being overcharged. I really do think that my feelings about this would have been different if some concession were made to the fact that I might have had a point. read more

I had issues with my TZ24DA in the transmission. Of course when I loaded it up on the trailer, everything seemed to be operating OK, but I knew there was a problem in the unit. Took it in, knew it would be at least a month or more before they could even look at it. OK. With a hydrostatic transmission, fluid is important. They recommended all the fluids be changed. I somewhat hesitantly agreed knowing this would be roughly $800 as estimated. After they were done, they said the problem was still there. I figured it would be. They told me the cost to just break the tractor down to the transmission and then back; $3000. That doesn't include fixing the issue in the transmission and the labor. I rejected the additional work and decided to do the labor/repair on my own. I had a few options. When I went to pick up the tractor and was told the cost was $1041, I was a bit surprised, and a little disgusted. "They had to put things back together." After I paid the fee, I just happened to start talking to one of the Techs as another was bringing the tractor out. When he figured out the small tractor was mine, he showed me a small piece of metal that he pulled out of the filter area. This was the first time I heard of this detail. After thinking on this a couple days, I called back to the Service. I asked after the Tech found a small piece of metal in the transmission, obviously knowing something was broke inside, why would you put a $100 worth of oil in and two new filters on the unit when it obviously has to be taken apart to be fully repaired? "Well, we couldn't move it without the oil in it, to see if it worked" was the response, or something very close to that. My opinion, at the point of finding a piece of metal in the transmission that obviously shouldn't be there, at least at the bottom of the transmission, you stop any more progress and call the customer. You know at that point the transmission has to be opened up. A small tractor can be moved and even loaded on a trailer without being under it's own power. Now I will not only have to purchase new parts needed (expected), but I will have to pay for more oil and filters as I'm not re-using filters/oil with small pieces of metal from the damaged PTO clutch assembly. Although they are the local dealer, not going back there for the PTO clutch assembly I need to do the real repair. Won't be going back for anything. With the second call, I gave them a chance to remedy the problem! Photos added to show real issue. read more

Worst customer service anywhere. Repairs run MONTHS behind what is a reasonable turnaround. (They have ads out looking for mechanics but only those who have their own tools -- which is the condition of their shop.) Owner's daughter is running the place into the ground. I would give ZERO stars if I could. The I40 location had our lawnmower for 10 days. We only heard from them once to tell us their idea of what they thought the mower need it. They ask about washing it and we said we would wash it ourselves and that we weren't worried about how clean the mower looked. When we picked up the lawnmower they charged us over $1400 and wouldn't even help my son load it onto the trailer. We did not get a receipt or any paperwork in the entire 10 day period or upon picking it up. He drove it home and unloaded it after rinsing it. The Mower was started to drive it off the trailer and let out a little smoke. As my son was moving it nearer to the house, he engaged the blades and made it approximately 100 feet before the motor seized up. When we contacted Kyle the service manager, he claimed the opposite of what actually happened and said he did give a receipt. He also claimed he had told us it was critical to clean off the fins (which my dad had done before helping unload it) or it would ruin the mower. After making a 3rd trip to Oklahoma City, my dad went in and asked for the paperwork he had requested be emailed to him. On the invoice it says they removed the blades and replaced them along with the belt. They had already been replaced and were still new. The paper mentions a missing gasket and Bolt from cylinder 1 and a valve cover leak. However we were told it could be overspill of gas. Apparently they didn't take a Shop towel that they had already charged us for and wipe in the area that the leak appeared to be (so that they could tell us for sure that the mower was leaking). They said they didn't do that simple step because we did not have them wash the mower (as they had worded it). Upon contacting the service manager, we were basically told that he had zero responsibility, would not refund our money, would not repair the mower so that it actually ran like when we took it in, and then claimed he had the conversation recorded that he had told us all these things, but refused to produce the recording and said we would have to get a subpoena. He was rude, condescending, and unprofessional on every call. He even called and asked what he could do to fix the situation. My husband was in a meeting and out of state, so he told the service manager that he would call him back once we had talked. When he called him back the following morning with some options of ways to make it right with minimal loss on their part, we were told they wouldn't fix the mower and they wouldn't refund the money even if we gave them the lawnmower in exchange. Moral of the story and The lesson I have learned is to avoid Central New Holland at all costs. If they will charge you $1400 to fix a $3000 mower and then not warranty the work, then they don't need to be in business. Now that I've looked around, I've seen multiple negative reviews where others have had the same problem. If a company cannot show you an estimate In writing up front and back up their work, then they don't need a working man's business (which they had gotten from my dad for years). I'm guessing they didn't know we were related and and my husband looked like an easy target for a lazy mechanic since he was working in Texas and not here to check up on it. Now that you've been warned, take your business somewhere else unless you want to just hand over a large chunk of money just for the fun of it and turn your mower into a lawn ornament like mine is now And have to go spend another $3000 on a new mower on top of it. read more

This store will Rip you Off, I knew exactly what need fixed on my New Holland tractor just shifter lever link , and the next thing i was billed over 6,000 dollars for something that i didn't authorize they said a gear was busted which in no way was true if a gear was busted i would not have been able to drive it.I picked up my tractor and the moment i started to use the tractor it keep blowing fuses, i took it back and they try'ed to charge me for what they messed up they burned out my ignition switch, broke the line to my washer fluid, and when you lift up out of the seat while in gear the tractor is supposed to die not no more it will keep on going which now is a major safety issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EITHER LOCATION, they are dishonest, and they don't fix anything right. read more
