REPORT, Arbor Barber Tree Care LLC I ask them to remove two…read moretrees. before the work, we sign a contract saying 840USD to remove two trees, and they will return some day later to remove the two stumps for additional 400USD. Today, after they finish removing the two trees, they ask for 1000USD but not 840USD saying the 2nd payment will be decreased acorddingly so that the total is not changed. I am not happy with this as it is not what contract says and I worry about that they do so because they plan not come back at all later. In addition, they leave a lot of tree branches along the street without completely clearing. There are some trees parts standing in the pedenstraners path and tree branches leaving at the side of the path. They say they will clear the tree parts laying in the street immediatly and clear the branches at the side of the path the next morning. However, later I find out that the tree parts laying in the street are still there in the night. I have to move them to the side of the path my self. P.S. 2nd day they come and cleared the branches on the walking path, although late than the time they said. Thus I increase the rating accordingly. If they finish the promised work on stump, i will return and update the review. Or review will not be changed.
