Dr. Rookstool, and staff truly care about their patients. I suffered a back injury (pinched nerves) working at home. I could not stand up straight, could barely walk, my left calf was in a spasm and my leg was numb from the knee down. I needed immediate help. A friend suggested going to a chiropractor. After being turned down by 3 offices (because they were too booked) I was ready to give up, but decided to call one more office, it happened to be C.O.C. They did not hesitate to work me in, within an hour from the time I made the call I was being evaluated by Dr. Rookstool. Not only did I have my first adjustment, he took the time to explain why I was in such pain, and presented me with treatment plan that made sense. He told me the cost, which I found to be very reasonable, and presented several payment options, to make it affordable! Hopeless, was replaced by Hope. Not only is my pain completely GONE, so is the numbness! Very positive, welcoming environment. You're also taught how to do low impact "therapies" and provided with equipment to continue the "therapies" at home. Started my chiropractic treatment 2 months ago with chronic back pain, low flexibility and not knowing if I would ever feel better. I am a very active/adventurous individual. Dr Kent was confident and shared detailed information on how his services could get my back/neck corrected to normal. He and his staff have been extremely friendly, organized and informative during my course of treatment. I am in construction and need of regular chiropractic maintenance. I have been to a few chiropractors in Central Oregon in the last 6 years and Dr. Kent is the best. Other chiropractors made me feel very rushed to get out of their office and I was never able to ask questions or discuss things I could do to help my recovery along. I have been seeing Dr. Rookstool since June 2014. I could barely walk when I first started seeing him. He has worked very closely with my massage therapist, which was very important to me. 2 months ago I started a 90 day program of chiropractic care and physical therapy. After a month, I was a little disappointed that my low back pain was still there...but all of a sudden on week 5, the constant pain was gone. The staff is warm and caring.
