Do not use this company under any circumstances. They have taken several progress payments from us and not rendered any services and now are no longer accepting calls, texts or emails. They are fraudulent and have several pending complaints with the CCB. read more

We had Randall out for an estimate and were so very pleased and impressed with his honesty and knowledge. We have been interviewing several companies for the job we want done and by far, this company would be the only one I would go with. They did my in laws remodel and their finished product was pathetic. Fingerprints. Unfinished…read morebaseboards. Pencil marks and cuts not fixed. Even worse they cursed out my father in law. Called him an a$$hole. Then demanded money even though it was through home owners insurance. They took over a month to finish just the floors in the kitchen when they said it would be a few days tops. The floor has uneven lines in it from them taping it off and then not going back over their work. They would spit in the driveway and smoke cigarettes in the yard. There were tons of times that they would just not show up for several days at a time. Disgusted by their shoddy work and even worse their lack of professionalism. Would not recommend them to anyone and am in the process of writing the better business bureau. They left garbage. Totally disrespectful. I would give negative stars if possible.

A few years ago we had Webfoot install heat cables on our roof in Bend, OR…read more The first year the Bend winter was mild thus we did not need to use the cables to remove snow from our roof. However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money. Stay away from Webfoot and go to other vendors. Buyer beware! Unhappy customer in Bend ,OR
