I had so much pain that ended up turning into a root canal. I called them up and he got me in that next morning and was perfect in fixing it. From there, we set up a plan to have quite a few of my teeth fixed since I had not given them the care they needed in my teenage years. He was always on time and extremely gentle and careful with any procedure I needed. Since then, I have had a crown replaced, fillings, and the usual cleanings. He's always there to be personable, understanding, not judgmental, yet educational about what needs to happen to maintain good health. And for this I truly appreciate him. As the years have come and gone, I've seen lots of different dental assistants, hygienists, front desk people, ect. And one thing has always been consistent... they are all some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with. They ask you if you need anything, a glass of water, a magazine, a hot towel (they really do!). Their massage chairs make the experience much better than you would think it could be to get a filling. He fixed the tooth and had it ready exactly when he said he would (about 1 1/2 hrs later).
