Awesome service. I have been to other places (Oil Can Harry's) and nothing comes close to these guys. They do a full inspection, check all fluids and fill them, free complimentary vacuum, and air freshener and FAST. They give you a print out of everything they check and many times have addressed serious issues with my vehicle. Went for oil change and inspection. They rolled me for more doe saying my car didn't pass inspection because of a gas cap. I have been there numerous times and watched them inspect my car and never once has anyone ever used some device to measure the seal of my gas cap. Completely bogus claim and when the tech called me over, he showed me some device and I ask what is going on, he (ybarra) got mad and started escalating and ultimately yelling then your car doesn't pass. I told him I'm standing right there and another guy, who they are on a first name basis with gets his lincoln inspected and they never used this thing on his car. Told him im gonna speak to the management and this guy Larry says they've been performing this test for years. I have also taken my car to the dealership most of its life and not once have they tried to sell me a gas cap. Then Larry asks did he show you that your gas cap failed inspection, I told him no because he immediately got aggressive. Now they fail my car and I still haven't been fully informed about this new testing procedure. I bought the gas cap in order to pass the inspection and all this mayhem was over 70 bucks. They pick and choose who they want to roll for more doe. I asked for my old cap because I'm gonna take it some where else to have this test performed again. Not going here ever again! read more
