Everything we said , he reacted with a disgusted look and had a nasty reaction. He got our names wrong when calling upstairs too, calling my friend Brent when he said Brian like 3 times prior. Granted we accidentally gave him the wrong apartment number as well, but I didn't feel bad about it based on his service. Seriously, This guy should get fired though. I think he's a maintenance guy from what he was wearing but geez, have some manners.

Even the inside of your garage is not great. Also, note that there are no shuttle services available from the parking company, and I didn't expect it either. I took an Uber from the airport. It cost me between twenty to twenty-five dollars. If you're traveling with family to the garage, I would not recommend this place at all. You need to account for 25 minutes for one way to reach this place, because traffic could get worse. Also, you can use the sky rail service from the airport, but you have to walk to the garage.

The dealership contacted Jose to inform him about the repairs and he refused to pay for the damages. Jose was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to take accountability. In fact, I didn't want to use it in the first place but my travel companion insisted that we put our car somewhere safe - because she didn't trust the streets of Flushing and all the tow trucks that were hovering around. I assured her it was fine but eventually gave in and used this awful deck. So there were actually no spaces inside (a common problem). Once we finally got one (after about 25 mins of waiting), I found a guy getting ready to write me a ticket while I was paying. Don't worry. He will think twice about such behaviour in future. There is no sense of customer service and the pricing is double what it was the first time I used it. At least it exists, hence it doesn't get 1 star.
