    This is the worst place I've ever parked. The attendants are terrible and can't communicate straight. Rude and not understanding!!!

    I never thought I'd be writing a negative review for a parking garage. It's an ticket based self…read moreparking system so you get a ticket printed driving in, and either pay by cash at a machine or with card at the office. There was a long line of cars on their way out but every car was stuck so long, what's the hold up for a automated machine, perhaps an issue with the machine itself? The ticket guy came out to help once, I saw another girl get out the car to ask the ticket guy for help as well. I'm alone in my car and am not gonna get out with cars behind me, I honked to get his attention and he motions to me to come to him signing he can't hear me. I say no, you come here motioning to the ticket machine. That's when he decides to use his one side operated intercom to tell me to try the ticket another way (which I did try before). This guy wanted to play dumb and have me leave the car when he could've used the intercom to begin with? You don't need a person to do credit card transactions, please just install a machine to do so instead; maybe they don't trust their employees with cash I can see why. Why not even just tape a ticket on the machine to show which way it goes in as the watermark is not clear and clearly it confuses most everyone. If this employee doesn't want to bother with customers and wasn't so lazy/rude maybe he'd of thought of that so he can just scan cards all day. Rant over. Expensive parking too, I'm so glad I do monthly parking at Allied they just are not open Saturdays not since the pandemic-- the guys there are great even when they had to park the cars themselves. Check them out on the weekdays and avoid this place if possible. This place is called Imperial Parking btw-- NYS18 Midblock Garage

    This is probably the worst parking garage in the area. I've tried looking for monthly parking…read moreelsewhere but there are waitlists. I've been parking here for 4years and 3 out of 4 years I've been a paid monthly customer. I must say that when I was paying daily the first year that I was treated better. They regularly loan out the floors to car dealerships and you are forced to double and triple park on an already crowded floor. The elevators are out of service 2-3x a week. Also, yesterday the ticket agent and I get into yesterday when my parking tag wasn't working as I tried to exit. She proceeds to tell me that she knows I paid my monthly bill but the computer doesn't show me coming in the lot. I said ok but I am a monthly customer whether I am coming or going I am allowed to go in/out. She then proceeds to tell me that because it doesn't show me coming in she can't let me out. I'm like are you kidding me! After to trying to explain to here that I can't teleport my car into the lot, so maybe there was some type of glitch she still did not care and she forced me to pay a lost ticket fee in order to leave the lot. So be prepared to pay additional fees if theirs an issue with your parking tag. This was the absolute worse customer service experience EVER!
