I spoke to a service manager at Merlin ford Lincoln a week prior to my disappointing run in with…read morethem. I spoke with him on the phone about if a product voids my warrant or is harmful to my truck. He said it didnt do either, but they would need to install it themselves for it to not void my warranty with them. I went out and purchased the item for my truck for 750$, called today to book it for install and the whole story changed, they would not install it on my truck and now the story changed to it " shouldn't " void my warranty, but if a problem was traced back to the aftermarket part it would. Thanks merlin ford for this after i went out and spent 750$

we paid for tires and delivery through blackcircles and an appointment at this place. they canceled…read moremy first appointment and couldn't give me a reason, so we had to reschedule for next week. when we got to our next appointment we dropped off my car and got home. they call me and say we don't have your tires, we mixed your tires up with someone else and gave yours away and that they cant do anything about it and call the company black circles. they kept changing their story so we have no idea what's going on. DO NOT COME HERE!!! they can't own up to their mistakes.

Avoid this place like the plague. Had my clutch replaced and it made scraping and rubbing noises…read moreafterwards. Went back and complained about it and was given the brush off. They said they'd call me to book an appointment to look into it but never called back. They improperly re-attached the gear shift lever and it failed about a year after the clutch replacement. Had to take it to a different mechanic to get it properly attached... I'll never ever go back to Steven's Auto Repair!!!!!!!!
