I'm well aware of the factors such as amount of use and frequency of cleaning. The bathrooms are cleaned 2x/week minimum, because that's just how I roll, and they are both well ventilated. I explained the concerns and Jack offered to replace these things for $295. Since the areas of concern are in staggered locations, it is evident that it was not done properly to start. Jack said they guarantee work for 1 year only. More than likely, nothing will go wrong in 1 year. If their work is quality, then it should be guaranteed for longer. A good business would at least visit to check customer concerns and possibly offer a one-time courtesy repair after confirming the work done should not have failed so quickly. Jack was right quick to sell some bogus glass treatment that allegedly decreases water spots and the need to clean glass so often. That was a waste of money. I would never recommend this company and did not have a positive experience.

What is not subjective is the following: 1) They did not arrive at the they were supposed to. 2) They walked into my house without permission (they claim they asked the lawn guys who do not speak English. 3) They gave my baby sitter a hard time when she reprimanded them for entering without permission. 4) They charge an un-Godly amount of money. 5) When I asked why the price was so high, the answer I got was that they had to clean the door in their truck. I will say that the guy John who answers the phone (and he does always answer the phone) is calm. He is just not reasonable. Here is what I think. The positive reviews seem to be from friends or relatives because they all have 2 or 3 reviews to their profile. Normal reviewers don't write like that.

I was also very sad to think that my husband's plans for his vanity project would never be realized. But on a whim, I called Dave's. The woman who answered the phone said she could absolutely fill a custom order for glass vanity shelves. She could have the edges polished, too. I was so relieved that I started to tear up. Our project involved ripping out 6 old smelly cedar lined closet walls and ceilings dating back to 1927 along with the plaster and lat behind, then putting up new insulation and fresh sheet rock and paint. This was a multi-day job. When they left on day one, the crew spent about 45-60 minutes cleaning up after themselves. This thorough cleanup continued every day. We couldn't be happier with the results of the work and the quoted price which they stuck to. Max and Judith were punctual and friendly, finished on time, and didn't disappear for days on end like some contractors seem to do. We highly recommend Jumax and will use them on future projects.
