This was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. I'm normally very nervous about going to…read morethe dentist but from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly company. The staff gave me sunglasses to wear so the light was not bothersome, and the dentist went as far as explaining to me how to properly brush and floss my teeth which believe it or not, no other dentist has done in the past. It really felt like she cared, she treated me like a person and not like a paycheck. I was in and out in 1 hour and the process was completely transparent in regards to the work I need to have completed. This will be my permanent home for dentistry

My 7-year-old had an appointment at 7:15am for his cavity. He can be very shy and nervous at the…read moredentist, he's 7 who isn't? Well they don't like letting parents back there with them which is eh. he cant tell me what's going on because he don't know. Well after 8 minutes, they call me in, hand me a paper saying were referring you to a pediatric dentist and call it a day because he was scared. That's it. It took MOTNHS to get him in for his cavity. How about calling me back to try and comfort him. or giving him a moment to understand its not going to be painful. Within 8 minutes my child was sent out the door like it was nothing. The anger on my face after wasting my damn time. getting a 7-year-old up and out the door to be at a 7:15am appt was hard enough, but just sending him out because he was nervous? Maybe ask for the parent to fucking come back to hold his hand while you're in his mouth for something he's never seen or had done. you have a whole webpage on how great you are with kids. I think you should probably update it to say teenagers because you weren't very patient with him.

I ended up getting a second opinion and the solution was very simple but due to not have an immediate care plan it will cost more due to it progressing. The office staff were very understanding and able to work me in much sooner than I expected. I saw Dr. Herman. He seemed extremely knowledgable/honest and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I understood. I'm excited to work with him and his staff going forward. Check this place out.
