AA fixed everything! They got it cooling while waiting for a a replacement unit. They initially came out on a Wed or Thu, got it cooling again, then ordered a new unit. Sat night, it was not cooling again, owner and wife came out here and got it cooling again, no charge. Monday, he called and asked me about paying a little more, and he would drive to Oklahoma to get a unit faster. I agreed, he drove to OK and got it, and installed the next day. These guys are the best! Family owned and all employees are amazing. Can not recommend more!

Again, THANK GOD for Homeowners Warranty Ins. They contracted Troy Heating. They responded so fast and believe me...THEY WERE BOOKED SOLID, but they were here, found out on our here when we bought the home A/C, found the TX unit? Got stuck. So again, as naturally happens, the part had to be ordered. Understand, our unit is probably...20yrs old? I'm guessing. Our home was built in the 30' or 40's. So, we endured by turning on what ceiling fans and portable fans we have for the 4 days waiting for the part to be delivered. Steven the first Tek that came was so compassionate to our plight, see our daughter who is blind, on dialysis and had just gotten out of hosp. made sure he let us know that as soon as the part was received they would be here. Ya know what? Troy Heating & Air DID JUST THAT. Ron the owner took time ON SATURDAY and came here WITH THE PART HOT OFF UPS delivery and spent maybe 1 1/2 to 2hrs. installing the part, recharging the R22 (that was seriously low) then rechecked everything making SURE it was ALL GOOD. I can't believe how "spoiled" we've become...I grew up in Muskegon,MI...picked blueberries, A/C? I never knew what that was, my husband grew up in Lubbock! Anyway, firstly, Thank you Steven, I appreciate your coming out and your honoring your word. Thank you Ron, you answered my questions, your integritu, your honesty, your commitment to getting our A/C repaired during a hot yucky day (inside & out). I called and was just hoping they can help me right away since our AC suddenly out of Freon. Plus I…read morewas reading the Yelp reviews and were great, so I decided to give it a try. The lady was very receptive and kind over the phone. She told me that they didn't have any appointment available until Monday since I am a new customer. This happened on a Thursday morning and I informed the lady that all I need was was Freon, lol. I got lucky that the technicians were out already and they will be able to come to our house after another house call. Anyways, Fred and another technician came and were able to fix the problem temporarily since we need a new HVAC. Fred was very thorough and explained what was wrong with our system. Ronnie who is the sales representative, was able to find us a new system with a very reasonable price. And the process didn't take very long. Within 2 weeks we had our new HVAC installed. We are very happy and pleased of the service rendered. Plus the installers were amazing. They even clean up the area after they were done. The house feels so much cooler, even we have it on the same temperature setting from our old one. Since it's new, it's also quieter. I highly recommend them and I will keep them on my to go list for maintenance.
