Worst company I have ever seen, 1 star is too much for them. I believe the company is actually a place where toddlers are sent to learn business skills or it was created as a joke to raise peoples blood pressure. Wish I could give 0 stars as well. All other reviews are true. It sucks because the quality of lab coat is good. The service is HORRIBLE. Ordered a lab coat in December 28. Did not receive it until February 12. Wrong coat was shipped. Been emailing Debbie since Feb, who's idea it was to offer me a new coat. It's Sept. as I write this review. This company is very disorganized. My hospital's Human Resources department recommended this uniform store because they do hospital logo embroidery. The warehouse is not well indicated in the shopping mall. The "warehouse" does not have changing rooms for customers. There were customer orders in varied states of production all over the place. The company did not have the right sizes and styles of uniforms for me to try on at the facility. It has been over 6 weeks and I have not gotten my original order. I have called the main phone number multiple times and it has gone straight to voicemail. They don't respond to customer voicemails or emails about the status of your order. If you are looking for uniforms for your occupation don't buy from this company. read more

I wish I could give them 0 or a negative number. I ordered two different coats for two different people. They were both back ordered and I was not informed. Then when I finally received one. The order was wrong and the other one never came...I have been trying to get in touch with someone for over a week...still waiting to hear from someone...not sure how they stay in business.... read more

Agree with other comments. This place seems very disorganized. I placed an order and was told I would have it in 3 weeks. After 4 weeks, I followed up by phone and was told it would be in my hands by the end of the following week. When that date arrived, I didn't have my order. The next Monday, I got an email stating that my order was "complete," which I assume means it has just shipped. Will definitely choose other vendors in the future. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I have ordered products from China and they arrived within 9 days!! Then when I was living in BRAZIL, I was able to order something from an American company and it got to me in 3 weeks! But CENTRAL UNIFORMS, which is located in the SAME CITY THAT I LIVE IN- PHILADELPHIA- has charged my credit card over a month ago and has yet to even ship my order!!!! Is this theft?! This is the worst place they came to our hospital for uniforms n sizing because we were going with a dress code. Every nurse that paid extra for pants shirts etc never received them n were not reimbursed. They gave few people their extras such as jackets n when they were the wrong size they refused a return n were rude. You would think an opportunity to collect on such a large university hospital they would be more professional n helpful. I ordered from this company on two other occasions--about 2013 and 2015--both times my order was "misplaced" and delayed. I thought I would try one more time. In April 2017 I placed an order for 2 lab coats--same as in the past. I didn't hear anything, so I called Debra in May. Strangely, my order was misplaced! I'm always given an excuse; someone was on vacation, etc. After 8 weeks, my order arrived today. Guess what? My name is spelled wrong!!!! I've been using Central Uniforms for years and have always gotten great service. They have my order history and can send out replacement jackets within a week. The family who runs it is always friendly and has been helpful to both my staff as well as those in other departments. read more
