It needed to lay flat, they directed me to a tailor who took it apart, and when completed resewed it. Since this was extra special, I thought I would have a problem figuring out all the details like colors, size, font etc. It turned out it was quick and easy. But still associates stood around just watching the lines. I finally said, "can you open another register?" She said she was not allowed unless her manager said she could. I said "why don't you call her" finally a woman "manager" came over and said something to her and she finally went on a register. I was literally in line over 10 minutes. Not acceptable and will not return. AND the associates who were on break were smoking right outside the front doors! Totally unacceptable!!
