As part of a remodel project we needed over 30 windows replaced in our home. We received several quotes and and ended up going with Central Valley Glass (other quotes were 20-50% more). We were very impressed by Central Valley's responsiveness and professionalism. I've waited about eight months to make this review to see how the windows held up over winter and early spring. I'm extremely satisfied with the results. The team that came to install was professional and respected our home and property as we were living in it while they did their work. The windows have done an exceptional job with insulation as well as sound. We live less than 100 yards from a wind machine in an adjacent orchard and the sound used to wake us up but now, I can barely tell when it's on. I would recommend Central Valley Glass to anyone looking for windows or glass doors. Especially considering the prices compared to their competitors. read more

Oh my God, talk about an unprofessional company. I went in to central valley's lobby a couple weeks ago because my daughter has been wanting a new shower for her home, so I was looking around to maybe get her one as a surprise. When I walked into central valley's lobby, I stood at the counter for a while and nobody ever assisted me. There was a woman and a boy in the office behind the little window, talking very inappropriately with each other and laughing from what I could hear. I stood around for a bit waiting to be helped, before taking my business elsewhere. Some people should be more concerned with customers and their jobs, rather than flirting and ignoring potential customers. Would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

I requested bids from Home Depot, a local Ellensburg window installer and Central Valley Glass of Yakima. I worked with the owners and received outstanding service at a very competitive price. Total price as actually almost a 1/3 less than local installer!! This business has been owned by two partners for over 30 years and handles projects from commercial to custom homes. The three man crew--was hard working, courteous and professional--installed over 40 new windows in three days and I immediately felt a huge difference in how long the furnace needs to run to keep things comfortable during our cold winter. We had this company referred to us by Pacific Power to replace our out outdated aluminum windows. The only positive thing I can say about the experience is that my new windows look amazing and will make my house more economical. The team they had installing we're very unprofessional, messy and downright disrespectful of my new home. The house was vacant as we had just purchased it and we're making some updates to the home before taking residence. With that being said, I think the team misunderstood that even though the house was vacant it was still someone's home. Doors and gates were left open and unlocked so not safeguarded at all. We also found remnants of lunch on the little furniture that was in the home. When we called and spoke with some type of Supervisor we we're the bad guys apparently. I do not mind that they had lunch on site but wiping off the fry sauce from the sofa would have been appreciated and just overall more respect for someone's home. At the end of the day, the work was completed promptly and looks good however, the lack of customer service and respect for our home will certainly keep me from ever referring this company. ~ A disappointed customer read more
