I called all over town and got quotes from 5 different roofing contractors. Ben with Integrity came out, checked out our roof, and gave us a quote for a 30 year Pabco Premier Roof. He also spent a few minutes reviewing color options and gave me a time frame of when it could be completed. Ben told me that a 40 and 50 year roof weren't worth it in my case due to the pitch. I appreciate straight-shooters, especially when it comes to contractors. Ben's quote was in line with the low estimates and we decided to use him based on their quality of work with many of the local houses that he referenced me to. Day 1: Ben's crew arrived on site and knocked out the entire demo! We have a lot of square footage on our roof. I figured out would take closer to two days. Keith was the foreman on my job. He was fantastic (except he's a Raiders fan!). He kept me updated on the status whenever I was interested. The crew did a great job of cleanliness also. They put tarps down and kept everything clean throughout the entire process. Day 2: The crew arrived and big a big portion of the roof. It was brutally hot out, so Ben told me he wasn't going to make his guys work through the heat of the day (I was glad to hear it!). They did a ton of work and finished about 75% of it. Day 3: The crew showed up and finished up the rest of my roof before noon. I also paid them a little bit extra to install a solar vent on my roof. They showed me pictures of the entire installation process to show me what exactly they did. It looks great and was installed just like it needed to be. Overall, our roof looks fantastic and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Aside from the new roof, you'd never even know they were here! I've got a background in Construction and I'll tell you this - Ben and his crews knows their stuff. Integrity Construction does high quality work at a reasonable price. There's nothing else you can want from your contractor! I will recommend these guys to everyone that I know. If you need a new roof, make sure to give these guys a call! You won't regret it!

We called about 8 different roofing companies to see if we could get it the roof tarped first, and replaced after that. Double R was the company who not only called us back promptly...within 5 minutes...they came out within the HOUR to tarp it in order to prevent further damage on the weekend! They were one of 2 companies who even bothered to call back. The second company didn't serve Yakima and they called back the next day! Now to the roof. What an amazing job and at an incredible price. These guys showed up and never stopped working for days! They also included gutters and they look so sharp. It's beautiful, and our heat pump has slowed down so much! The quality has kept our home toasty....with a high quality 40 year roof. I have dealt with a lot of contractors. I know the games that some of them will play. Not these guys. I highly recommend them to anyone. If it matters, I am a female and have often had contractors dismiss me, especially if my husband is nearby. This was not the case here at all. The project has been plagued by months of delays, and there are items I paid for that were never completed. I've also made multiple attempts to reach my sales representative without any response. Specifically, I paid for black gutters with upgraded screens, yet silver screens were installed instead of matching black. This created terrible look when pulling the driveway. Its a complete eye sore. I now have to hire another contractor to correct it. Additionally, the snow breaks I paid for were not fully installed. They left debris all over the place, the cuts were sharp and jagged, some gutters leaked and overall done poorly. In addition, I paid for the spikes to be installed every 18 inch instead of the standard 24 inch spread and they did not do this, but charged me an upcharge for it. Overall, this has been a highly frustrating experience and a significant letdown. Would not recommend at ALL!

We kept calling with no answer to our question and no call-back as to when they would get started, then, finally, in February they replaced our old roof and old gutters with new. The gutters are very poorly done, screws missing, etc. Well, then it rained...there is more water pouring out of the seams in the downspouts than actually coming out of the spouts! On the corners of the house the rain is running down between the roof and the gutters and not even hitting the gutter. There were spots in the roof line where they did not put a gutter so rain pours off the roof edge onto the deck. Also, the roofing along the chimney is very poorly place, sticks up and really looks like it is going to blow off. I have never given a bad review on a company but this company certainly deserves what they are getting. The service and communication is terrible, and we worry about the actual product now. I would not recommend them for roofing or gutters. Oh yes, We have called many times now and left an email but still no response. This is from Yakima, Washington.
