I was referred by my regular dentist for Oral Surgery to have seven teeth removed. Dr. Sean Welander and the team that took care of me yesterday absolutely provided me the best experience I could've imagine. They made me comfortable in the chair, I drifted off to sleep, and when I woke up it was all done. Sensitive, caring, considerate, informative, understanding, gentle, efficient, friendly.... I can't just can't think of enough good things to say about them. All the bleeding stopped sooner than I would've expected and there was very little pain the same day and absolutely none the second day. Also, they called me the next day to check up and see how I was doing, if I had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend CentraSota for their high-quality care. read more

I have a lot of anxiety and they were amazing! They were patient and listened to my concerns and answered every question and I had a lot of them!!! Got wisdom teeth taken out in less than an hour. I have experienced no swelling and little to no pain!

Had a fractured molar and was in tremendous pains. My dentist called Centrasota and got an appointment on the day after next. An hour later Centrasota called me back and said the appointment was a mistake, that that time had just been given to someone else at the same time, and that they would have any openings until mid-October, 6 weeks away. My son had his wisdom teeth out today. I had a concern and called the oral surgeon on-call. I felt so reassured and "listened to" by the doctor. He did not make me feel like some worried mom. He was polite, caring, patient, and very enjoyable to to talk to. Not to mention the rest of the staff and doctors were fabulous! Shout out to Dr. Morris, Dr. Welander, nurses, and staff!!!!! I had my wisdom teeth removed here & it was an amazing experience! My nurses were all incredibly nice and caring and my doctor was very informative and friendly! He even gave my driver my prescription to pick up while I was in surgery so we didn't have to make any pit stops on the way back home. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! So very pleased. Snarky receptionist. Went somewhere else instead because of the rude lady on the phone. Very condescending, horrible way to talk to patients on the phone, and acted like they didn't want to take any patients at all. Never calling them again. read more

I scheduled a consultation for a future procedure with them and they kept rescheduling it; pushing it back for a cumulative 3 months. Eventually a secretary called me and said they were just going to cancel my appointment altogether. They explained that my family's "lower level income based insurance" meant extra paperwork that the doctors didn't want to trouble themselves with filing. Further explaining that they used to accept those types of coverage, yet shortly before my first scheduled appointment they doctors decided they could do without the extra work. Never have I felt so devalued by people in the medical field. The secretary was on my side and directed me to a place which didn't mind the extra paperwork (which the recommended place is currently working with me), however the people who provide the healthcare at Centrasota are tremendously inconsiderate and consumed months of my time pursuing an already lengthy journey in my maxillofacial reconstruction. read more
