Wow! We were looking for a nice place to spend a few hours nature watching. This place has lots of parking space available and that is no surprise once you have completed the 10 minute walking "self-tour", which is actually a half-run to stay ahead of the bugs. Thank goodness for the bugs however, as they were the only wildlife we saw!! Not worth the price of admission, which BTW is free. Nuf said. read more

Drive all the way along the road to the end and second car park. Follow sign to Madison du Plage…read moreand down the steps. Pathway is very steep. We wore boots and were glad we did. The beach is seaweedy. The dune is great. You could walk up and Down it but it's steep. Good place to take a picnic and hangout. You could swim but it's murky.
