Expérience hallucinante aujourd'hui, venu pour acheter un vélo pour l'anniversaire de mon fils,pas de vendeur une des soit disant responsable arrive au bout de 10 minutes et me dis avec un air désabusé que le vélo est disponible mais personne pour le monter!! Car la personne qui s'occupe de ça est déjà partie. Pour couronner le tout elle me dis d'aller chez Decathlon !! Carrément elle m'envoie chez un concurrent. Je ne sais pas si le directeur de ce magasin lis de temps en temps tous les avis mais si ce n'est pas le cas il devrait ou changer de métier!! Comment peut-on être aussi médiocre en relation clientèle et fidéliser les gens? C'est pour ça que le discounters sont en train de prendre de plus en plus de terrain car même si le service n'est pas toujours la au moins les prix sont largement plus bas. I swear it was near a quarter of a mile from one end to the other. I think you can buy just about everything here. I came to look for a world power converter and found it, along with other knick-knacks gadgets that can come in handy for my travels. I also perused their grocery section and wasn't disappointed. Light years ahead of Walmart produce in terms of quality and things offered. I only wish they would open one in the U.S. in my neighborhood.

Their merchandise is extremely diverse, comprising just about anything you want across three buildings. The main building, where you'll find women's fashions, accessories, cosmetics, eyeglasses (including an optometrist), sportswear, children's wear, is topped with a must-see art glass dome, complete with a glass cat walk (maybe on the 4th floor?) that enables up close viewing of the dome from the inside. There are restaurants, rest rooms, and sweets shops in this building, too. Menswear has a building all to itself, as does the food court. Be careful here. There are so many delicious and appetizing foods offered in the food court building that you'll be tempted to overstuff. It would be just too easy to spend an entire day shopping at Galleries Lafayette.

At the entrance all the well known brands for bags and clothing. The area for Moynart Labubu was doing brisk business. A Labubu bag I looked at was 2300 euros!!! Soooo many stuff here. We went to the 6th floor to get souvenirs, cookies, and gifts to bring home. Our suitcases will be packed full. Great service, friendly staff. No pictures, the store was too crowded and I didn't want to get in trouble for taking pictures with no permission.

Thanks to a store rep who had seen me coming several times the rep recommended I get the store card. Thankful I listened to the rep because with the card there are many benefits. Since having used the card I get discounts and one time after acquiring so many points my purchase was free. So, yelp, I have nothing to say but good things about the store.
