My first appointment left a lot to be desired. The appointment was rushed, impersonal and was more painful than I had experienced in the past. I received no explanation about what they were doing and why. I was left next to patients only separated by a hospital sheet, hearing their conversations which made it very hard to relax. I was told to return that very week. When I returned, again I was treated like a number, rushed in and rushed out. That time it hurt, a lot! I am tolerant to pain but when I told him he just kept saying "big mosquito" instead of replacing the needle! The receptionist asked me to return again in the same week. Finally I explained that it was too much and I only have so much insurance. She gave me a dirty look and said fine. She then proceeded to add me to the next week! I will never return to this place. She has a soothing effect on the nervous system. I literally fell asleep just by her gently pressing in 1 area on my abdomen. So, she definitely knows the nervous system extremely well. Her approach is great for stress reduction, inflammation, anxiety, IBS and much more. 2) Stephen Delvin: He knows about the mind body connection and muscles, joints, bones. Definitely better than a chiropractor. I had an acute accident and one of my ribs was hurting as I inhaled. It basically hurt to breathe. Well, I setup an emergency appointment and Stephen was the osteopath available that day. He was able to locate the rib which was misaligned and gently guided things back into place. He fixed the pain which was so bad I could barely breathe. My last resort was the ER due to the pain but luckily I was able to avoid that and he resolved my "rib pain" in 1 session.

Yep, within three hours I was answering health-related questions in preparation of a full-body reboot. First! I don't know…read morethat I'll realistically be in Montreal too often, but I felt compelled to write a review. As I often do, for either a really bad place or a really good one. I am studying to be a doctor, and I hope I can have a keen eye for the musculoskeletal anatomy like Tina does. I should have asked her what her background was. Basically, I've been having significant neck and lower back pain due to constant reading, studying and running. I have seen chiropractors more than a few times, but there are only a few good ones and even those seem to be ineffectual. She correctly diagnosed the problems I was having just by looking at me -- just as a good chiropractor would -- but her massage actually helped. It is clean and relaxing in there, which is all well and good, but I think you should go for the healing. I have to go home, but I will be trying out massage therapy from now on! Merci!!
