To my surprise and delight, the sales girl (with the blue/purple hair) provided one of the BEST customer experiences we've had in years. She was not only knowledgeable about the prices and policies, but went above and beyond to upgrade my game, and went out of her way to give us the fairest price for everything. No attitude. Not an adversary. Just nice, and service oriented. All of the staff were honest about not recommending certain items based on quality / reviews. Great experience. It was very refreshing, and we will be very happy to continue doing business with this EBGames for all of our gaming needs. A++
