Even though both times I visited were quieter than a normal day (e.g. the day before Thanksgiving), I found the atmosphere to be very welcoming. It was also an easy transition to come in as a guest. I arrived and was able to check in within moments and start working. The dedicated staffer Michelle was friendly as well. She showed me around and was readily available for anything that was needed by me or other coworking space members.

Grandpa, grandma, my ten-year-old mother, and, her four-year-old brother coming across country based on faith that good things would happen. If they make a mistake with billing you are on the hook to pay it because there is no way to appeal anything --it seems to all be automated from some centralized office and all they give you is a phone number to call and you will be on hold for hours and hours and hours. Never getting to talk woth a human being. By the way, that really nice friendly personable sales person who showed you the office when you signed up? Yeah, you'll never speak to them again --they don't take your calls after that. There seems to be no one person who has any authority to make any changes to errors that they make, misinformation and tricky hidden fees are the norm. It is so frustrating and maddening. I never write bad reviews, but I just hope that someone reading this can avoid all that trouble. When I started running into this terrible service at Spaces I started reading reviews and I saw that this had happened over and over and over to other people. I just wish I had read those reviews in advance.

I've been in here quite a few times to meet with folks, I've stopped in to the cafe, and I threw an event in the communal space, and I love the brewery downstairs. While parking can be a bit of an issue when an event is taking place, it's got a great central location and, at least for me, the historic and design-forward remodel aspects are close to my heart. It was awesome! Leftbank Project is kind of the little brother to some of the other big Inner Eastside commercial renovations like Eastbank, Olympic Mills, and RiverEast.
