Copi bike rentals is the worst rental service in Puerto Rico. My boyfriend and I rented bikes to…read moreride along the boardwalk in Piñones for 10$/hour. Shortly after we started biking, the chain of one of the bikes came out. We fixed it but it kept coming out until it end up breaking on our way back and we had to walk for a while under the sun to get back.  We were expecting an apology and a partial refund given the bikes were not cheap at all and in clearly pretty bad condition. However, the owner (cannot recall his name) seemed annoyed at the fact that the chain was broken and did not even apologize or showed concern. When we asked for a partial refund, he said that it was our fault because we 'didn't check the bikes' before leaving and that we should have called him when he never actually clarified the shop 's policies before we started the trip.  After a while, he ended up offering a useless gift card and claim that we were not respecting him and that he would call the police if we were not to leave his shop.  He even tried to charge us for water when we ask for it before leaving...  Overall, the experience with copi bike rentals was horrible. I do recommend, however, to visit Piñones boardwalk with another company.
