Not only that, but it's for over $200+ for a 20 minute consultation.... I tried to figure out how on Earth we owed this, as no one ever told us anything about it. Which was received by some completely irrational comments. She proceeded to belittle me over the phone and give literally zero customer service. Telling me that I have proceeded to ignore their billing, so am I not going to pay it? After I just got done saying it's not about the money, I'm just trying to figure out what exactly I paid for. She then proceeded to antagonize me into a debate. The sad part of this? Craig is actually a good guy. We were getting ready to start the paperwork with our non-profit at the end of this year / beginning of next year, and I was pretty excited to get it started with a good CPA. However, because of their horrible customer service, I will NOT be utilizing this business for future purposes. I HIGHLY ADVISE you to stay away, unless you like spending a great deal of money and being talked to like an abused intern.
