We sent my mother there for a relaxing two day by renting an airbnb they had available at the time. WORST EXP OF HER LIFE!! NOT ONLY WAS IT NOT RELAXING THEY WERE VERY RUDE TO HER. VIVIENNE ESP WAS NOT NICE AT ALL. She told me how rude she was. My mom had a small car accident when backing out of her drive way. She was leaving at 4am because she had a long drive ahead of her and had to take my sister to university by 7am and she had to go to work. it was dark and she messed up her door backing out and asked for help. they left her a negative review on airbnb and she didnt do that to them at all. she was just going to leave it be, but they tried to beat her to the punch because they knew they were not nice to her and left her a negative review instead. She hadnt even noticed until six months later. This place was just the worst exp she ever had in her LIFE. And to think we paid a lot to have a nice exp for her at a supposed spa. This is not the zen or buddist mentality at all. how dare you!!! read more

Vivienne is a magician with her hands, and has a lovely spirit. She was extremely responsive and kept in touch in the day before my appointment, offering an earlier time when it opened up. The facility is peaceful and smells wonderful, beautiful crystals add to the energy, and soothing music enhanced my relaxation. Not only did Vivienne give the most fantastic, thorough and therapeutic massage I have ever had, but she also offered suggestions and yoga poses to help with some chronic issues. This was the perfect start to my vacation and I will definitely return as we come to Rincon every February. read more

Had both a deep tissue massage from Vivienne and took a Vinyasa class from Caitlin. Both superb. Vivienne is a truly gifted massage therapist. I tend to worry that I'll get a "relaxing massage", which leaves me more tense than when I arrived. I requested deep tissue work and left with my body feeling better than it has in months. The yoga class was taught in a very thoughtful and experienced way, allowing for all levels to be challenged. I've been practicing for 15 years and got a serious workout for my body and mind. vivienne is the nastiest lady i've ever met. she does not have a yoga or buddhist mentality at all!! i rented an airbnb from her and she said i left the place a mess. a blatant lie! karma will come back and get you!! her classes are terrible and she was mad because i did not get a massage from her after she was so nasty and rude. karma is true and will get you for being so rude and lying!!! i would never take a class from her or get a massage or stay at her place again!! horrible excuse for a human being!! read more

Going to Vivennes Airbnb and centro la paz was the worst exp of my life!!! She is a rude liar and made me sick from my nerves. I couldnt believe the lies she wroye on the rrviee saying i left the place dirty. She is apoor excise for a buddist spiteful and vengeful and her massages are horrible!!!! During my visit to Rincon I had the pleasure of getting a massage by Vivienne at La Paz. My back and neck were both very tight and needed some attention. Vivienne did a great job and spent an hour and a half patiently working through the knots. The massage really helped release stress so I could fully enjoy my trip. La Paz also offers yoga classes. I left bad feedback for this place over a year ago, they def find as way to get rid of bad reviews. Vivienne is rude and the worst masseuse and owner of a business ive ever encountered. She is neither professional or polite. besides the yoga and bad massages i once had the displeasure of renting an airbnb from her. she was the worst host i ever had!!! read more

Wonderful experience for both my wife and me! Vivienne is a great massage therapist and very warm and welcoming. Be advised that if you are trying to find her location via GPS you will have difficulty finding her location (not unusual in Puerto Rico) at least at this time, so get specific directions from her. there are cheaper better places! viv was not very nice to us when we saw her left us waiting while she chatted. her energy and manner of treating us was dry and rude and we were paying her we got better treatment at places where we werent enen paying!!! i would not get a massage here and im never returning!! read more

My husband and I were in town for a week and we got two AMAZING massages each from Vivienne. She has a firm - but not overly painful - therapeutic touch and was easy to schedule with via email.
