My expectations were exceeded- the owner led the workout and really focused on technique during front squats and I didn't feel pressured to go heavier than I felt comfortable. The gym itself is huge and the equipment was in good shape There were 5 of us there for a workout and we had so much space so I'm sure a full class has no issues. It was $20 for a drop in and I did the $35 for the class and tank top which was great. My GPS took me to the wrong location so check on the website for the correct one.

It is relatively new, very clean and only about $5 per day (bring a towel or they'll charge you an extra $2.50 to buy one). The gym has everything you need for a good workout. It's in the same area as the "Coliseo Multiusos, Ismael "Chavalillo" Delgado" and the "Pista Atletica de Aguada."

Aloha is an OUTDOOR yoga studio right on the beach!! I practiced every single day on my trip to Rincon underneath a canopy of palm trees with ocean rolling in front of me, the sound of waves rolling in, and the ocean mist. It is a relaxing delight to each of the five senses. The instructors offer several open level classes each day that are good for the first time beginner or the super duper advanced yogi. They also offer drumming classes, retreats, and can hook you up with some amazing yogi-inspired surfing lessons (which I did and am now hooked!) Say hi to Maura and Billy for me!
