For the past eight months we've had our son's check-ups here and yesterday it was time to say goodbye to our wonderful nurse Nicolette as we're moving to another district. We've always loved coming here and I've always been a fan of Nicolette. Don't get me wrong, the doctors here are fine too, but Nicolette came to our house for our intake and handled all of the baby's vaccinations up until now, so I feel a special bond with her and I'm sad we won't get to see her anymore. If you live in this CJG's district, definitely go for Monday check-ups because that means you'll have Nicolette as your baby's nurse as well. As for the entire CJG service, it's not mandatory but I love that it's a free service offered to every single child that really helps parents so much. It's so helpful and comforting to have medical professionals help watch over your child and I don't know why anyone would ever refuse this wonderful service. It's definitely one of the things that is truly great about the Netherlands as a country. read more
