So my fiance and I ( we are mid-late 40's couple) stopped in for the first time ever and left very upset. At first it was a very pleasant experience guy there very helpful and even purchased stuff from them. Then we left to the guy stopping us outside and told us uh-uh come here using his finger and points to my fiancé pocket and says give it here. He accused her of stealing something and was very sure she did. But what was in her pocket was her vape. Really disappointed. I heard its a head shop in river west. That is a stones throw from where i live. I stopped in to buy hookah stuff there was no hookah stuff. There was 2 different boxes of shisha (Hookah Tobacco) and 1 box of hookah coals. I asked the guy behind the counter where are your other flavors? He said " gotta order more". That was in the first few weeks of Jan. I left out of the shop and went to my usual stop which was on Oakland to get things for my hookah. Fast forward about a month later i stopped in didn't feel like driving across the bridge or navigating the construction and traffic on Locust in River West. The same shisha flavors and not one roll of coals he was completely out. This was like a liquor store with no vodka or mcdonalds with no french fries. I gave it more then one try. Im sure the owners mean well and might be great. This shop maybe want to advertise more toward tobacco and vaping. I would think with Shai Chi being across the street they would keep the place packed with Hookah Supplies.I'll continue to go on Oakland and Locust. read more

This is by far the best vape shop in Milwaukee. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They don't just try to sell you anything, they try to find exactly what fits your needs. I bought a defective vape and they exchanged it no questions asked. I just purchased a new one today that didn't come with a battery so he included one for free. Went here to check out the CBD carts the other day and boy what a disappointment that was. I picked up a Relax - Watermelon 1000mg for $35. Got 2-3 hits off it and the burner quit working. Went back to Cents Gifts to get my money back and was declined by the management because at the checkout there is a notice "No Refunds on Purchased Merchandise" on the counter. Even for defective products I guess. You're S.O.L. He was nice enough to exchange it for another Relax - Mango 1000mg cartridge however. But when I got home I noticed the package was already opened and about 1/4 of the vape oil was already gone. I tried a hit and as my luck would have it - nothing. The burner on this one didn't work either!! Burned again!! This store is apparently just a straight up rip-off. Never go here for vape products. And Relax CBD vape cartridges can be purchased on the Internet starting at $13.99. Go figure. read more

Lookin for a place with a little of everything? Cents' is where it's at. I go in every now and again and always find something cool. The people there are really relaxed and the atmosphere is even more so. They don't officially do refunds which can suck but if you aren't a jerk they are always open to finding a way to make everyone happy. Some of their non-specialty stuff (like cigarettes,lighters, etc) are a bit pricey but if you are going to cent's for some smokes you are really missing out. read more

I live right in the area so it's really become my favorite local smoke shop. They have a great selection of glass and it's all reasonably priced. The guys that work there are very helpful and knowledgeable and definitely go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. My husband vapes and really didn't know anything about mods or tanks or any of that stuff and the guys there were able to help educate him. They always have great deals on the e juice with a $5.00 box if you're not trying to spend a lot. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly staff and a good deal. read more

I go to Cents Gifts often, or I've been there about 12 times. I went in when I had ordered a ijust 2 vaporizer online but I didn't know how to put oil in it. They were so nice, talked with me and helped me through it even though I didn't buy anything during that visit. I came back when it became apparent I needed to change the coil- again, I didn't know how to do this. They were very kind to me and helped me through it *again*. They offered to order a certain size I needed but I had already ordered some online. They are laid-back, no pressure about buying, ever never. Then it came to the day when I needed to pick out a new oil as the trial one my friend had given me ran out. I went crawling back to the place of comfort to seek help on this. I had no idea about Nicotine levels or what flavors I might like. They brought a bunch from the shelves to let me smell them and get an idea what I might want. I appreciated that. One time I called them from work in crisis about something Vape-related and the guy was open and knowledgeable so I was able to take care of my issue. They also have a punch card for buying vape oils so after 10 or so, a person gets a free one. They alllssoo had a nice sale of buy one get one free (may be still going on), so I tried a few new ones that way too. The staff has always made me comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else to ask for help with any of these tools/vape equipment, or to buy any oils or equipment. Suggestion: try the Moo Moo oils! :) read more
