if i could give 0 stars i would!! management is so rude, uncaring, unfair and inconsiderate!!! place is in need of major update, i moved into vinyl floor in the kitchen ripped up, edge of the toilet top broken off, stained carpet, dusty air vents, improperly screwed ceiling vents and i can keep going...i had an incident with a downstairs neighbor where she was taking photos of my bedroom window, stalking, harassing, even came up to yell at me and they did nothing about it. they also allow illegal double parking when police said the landlord should tow this tenant!! would not recommend it here, hope my lease ends quickly!!! read more

Just like everyone else I had a terrible experience with this company. I left a review on google as well. NOT military friendly at all. RUN don't walk away. They charged me for not turning in my notice 30 days in advance although I myself didn't have a 30 day notice. Found out I was PCSing last minute and told them when I found out. Turned a copy of my orders with the date as well. Tried to contact the president of the company and got no response. Isis has the nastiest attitude. Took me over a month to get a mailbox key. Just really a bad experience and will never recommend to anyone. read more

This business deserves no stars for its service, bare with me as i explain my long and frustrating experience. I signed the lease prior to inspecting the house because I was rushing to move back to El Paso from San Antonio so I could take care of my mother who was recently re-diagnosed with cancer. Upon arriving to El Paso, I immediately went to Century 21. I was provided with the contract where I did notice that it stated that the tenant would be responsible for pest control. I assumed pest control meant spraying the front and back yard every three or six months for a bug here and there. I did not think it meant dealing with a major roach infestation. Once I went into the house and saw the condition it was in I was very upset and disappointed. The house was not only dirty but it was destroyed from the inside. The carpets were dirty and torn. The windows were dirty and cracked. I had to change shower heads because both shower heads had lots of mold mildew. I had to change toilet seats as well. The kitchen was full of grease to include a door to the water heater located in the dining area. The stove and refrigerator were broken and did not work at all. Both were dirty and greasy. The house did not have any light bulbs at all inside or outside and yes, I had to replace them all. The doors were dirty and some of them were too long that at the time of opening and closing them it made it difficult to completely close. The air vents have been dirty and do not work because they are too old and have been repainted so many times that the paint coats make it impossible to adjust the direction of the vent. My husband and I contacted Century 21 and informed them how upset we were and that we had to spend out of pocket just to make the house a bit more habitable. After a couple of emails back and forth we agreed that we would get these problems fixed and also a discount of $240 off of monthly rent. Based on the way the house looked when I moved in and other circumstantial evidence, I believe that Century 21 did not complete or even initiate a final inspection "walkthrough" as required by state law. Simply put, Century 21 took advantage of my great need of the house and rented out a house it knew or should have known was not fit for habitation. I would had preferred for the real estate agent to tell me that she understood how bad I need the house but at that moment the house was in no condition to be rented instead of just taking advantage of me. The property inspector, Mr. Santiago, told me not only that the house had not been kept clean for a long time by rental standards, but that the carpet had not been replaced in 16 years. He stated that the house appeared very old and dilapidated; his visit was with the intent to make me out to be the problem. Furthermore, I take personal offense to anyone, Century 21 and specifically, Mr. Santiago implying that I am a "dirty" person and that I am the one to blame for this roach infestation. To those that know me well, I am quite the "neat freak" and tend to run a tight household when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene. At this point, I am tired and frustrated that I cannot make full use of my rental house. I really don't even cook in the house anymore and either must cook at a relative's house or eat out. In the few times that I have been cooking I have needed to pay for the extra expense of buying disposable utensils, cups, and plates as an extra precaution. My kids and I have taken to even sleeping at my sister's place whenever we can just because the roaches have practically taken over. Between Century 21, a company holding itself out as a professional real estate organization, and me, a simple individual trying to make a living and raise a family, it is clear that Century 21 should be the one bearing the brunt of this situation. read more

Horrible firm to do business with, I live in Georgia making move to EP TX, found house listed by Century 21 APD Assoc. & placed under contract based on their information, listing & photos etc. - Turned out photos in listing were several years old & did not represent current condition of house. Photos & listing showed house in perfect condition only problem was when we saw the house it was in awful condition. This was confirmed by a professional home inspector who we hired to inspect the home, they found 17 pages of deficiencies/repairs need to the house totaling an estimated $30k in deferred repairs. Century 21 APD knew actual condition but did not post it in their listing or disclose to public. Normally this would not be a problem for local buyer who could take a look & walk away unfortunately we were across the country and had to book a trip to EP based on their photos and representations only to find the house was a disaster. Broker Diggers refused to even talk about problems stating it was our responsibility to determine condition - This was after his firm listed it with years old photos, misinformation, undisclosed needed repairs and damage to the house as well as flat out lies about the house (listing says 2 car garage it was a 1 car). Turns out we wasted a ton of time not including the week we spent in EP specifically to look at the house and the almost $4k we spent traveling there. This firm is totally incompetent, unprofessional, unethical and uses deceptive practices. The owner Driggers is rude and totally ok with using years old photos of properties he represents - to the damage of unsuspecting buyers. This is not a professional or honest group and in this case grossly misrepresented the property. Even after being made aware of problems via letter written to him by us, they still used the same exact information and photos when they relisted the property after we dropped the deal. Stay away from these guys, totally unmoral & uneithical. Horrible experience! read more

The worst property manager ever. Just stay away. I have a house in El Paso. I am living in another city. I hired Linda Madrid to manage my property. They charged me $100 for cleaning the house and $90 for yard cleaning. When I checked the house myself after 2 weeks of the "cleaning", I see that nothing was cleaned in the house. The cleaning guy has the same last name with Linda. They think that I would not go and check the house. They were trying to take advantage of my being out of city. Just stay away. I am in the military and had to move. I allowed this company to manage my property for 3 years and was extremely disappointed and even embarrassed at times by the service they provided to my renters. Their method for notifying me of major repairs to my home was the monthly statement sent a few weeks after the damage occurred. I then had to call them to find out what happened, despite having a contract with them that promised they would notify me when I had to pay for repairs over $300. This is not how I wanted to find out about my water heater breaking, my garbage disposal replacement, or my roof leaking. (I didn't mind paying for the repairs but I still wanted to know about damage or issues with my home.) The roof leak was the final straw. I paid almost $500 to have it repaired by a company of Century 21 APD's choice. (Again I had found out about the leak a few weeks later when I looked at my monthly statement.) It began leaking almost a month or so after the 'repair'. So my tenant moved out. Which was embarrassing (I felt like a slum landlord), but totally understandable. I would have moved out as well if I had to have the roof leak on me and my personal belongings twice in less than 90 days. I ended my contract with Century 21 and ended up having to pay for another person to do the roof repairs. Century 21 refused to assist with this or even offer to have the guy I originally paid make the repairs I paid him to make in the first place. I am not going to go into the other damages that were not mentioned prior to them turning my home back over to my representative signing for the keys to my home. I am in the military and due to a pcs I was not there to follow up on anything which is why I think they felt confident in treating me this way. My experience with them as property managers was deplorable. I can not in good faith recommend this company to anyone. read more
