The quality of materials and workmanship is outstanding. What really excels is Allen's communication. After dealing with 2 other builders first, the communication with Westbrooke was the defining measure. Another defining measure was the contract. I didn't want to sign until I had a contract attorney familiar with home building take a look after a bad experience with a different builder.
