Have empathy with the staff but it does not resolve significant issues with clients like myself with a lack of communication and follow through. EOT has become the only title company in this small community and has acquired other title companies in an adjoining city to wit, the only game in town. This, and nearly doubling their costs in 2016, make a good opportunity for competition. This was my seventh and last transaction with this company, the worst and most expensive. I would strongly recommend use of another company who understands customer service.

Not like some of the people in our area who are deceiving and caring only for their own profit no matter the cost. She offers you any hour weekday or weekend it does not matter to her. I say give her a call when you are ready to search for your one and only home. You will not regret it. I am Christian and she worked very hard for me, despite the others around her that claim to be so good.

It was common to be overcharged and mischarged for things that they hoped you wouldn't notice. And when I requested proof of residency paperwork so that I could move into a new apartment, this manager denied that her fax machines were working until I physically placed my cell phone in her hand so that my new landlord could walk her through the steps--at which point the machine magically started working again so that she could kick me out of the office.
