1 Star -- Horrible Rental Experience…read more My experience with Enid Home Finders was awful from start to finish. During my tenancy, they never properly fixed the ongoing water issues in my apartment. There was water coming through the air vents, and when I reported it, I was actually told to "take advantage and use it as a personal humidifier." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. My living room flooded multiple times, even after repeated maintenance requests and updates. I consistently asked for help, but nothing was ever resolved. At one point, a dust storm came through the apartment, damaging my personal belongings and discoloring the walls--another issue that was ignored. Now, after being moved out for almost three months, I am still waiting on my security deposit. Instead of receiving it, I was sent a letter claiming that I owe them money. This company takes no responsibility for unsafe living conditions and treats tenants unfairly. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid renting from Enid Home Finders.

I originally paid two months in advance rent plus a deposit ,also my 300$ pet deposit on top over everything.. so,from the start I gave then around 3000 or more. The whole year I lived in th home, I didn't have much problems with them home, but when I did they were good at sending someone to fix whatever problem. However, the back yard was horrible there was bags of leaves and piles still in the back yard, when spring hit I cleared most I've it up. I packed 50 black bags of leaves from the back yard, I am not over exaggerating. There was also a roof leak in the back from from the start. It always leaked never actually fixed. I was in this house for over a year I lived the house. But it was time for me to leave. I gave my 30 days noticed but left before my full 30days. I also did much cleaning before I completely moved out, however... it wasn't enough... it wasn't squeaky clean.. and there was messed up blinds from my cat( pet deposit) also chipped paint not only from my cat ... but from improper paint jobs.. their paint bubbles up and litterly chips off easy, because of lack of taking the time to paint properly. I didn't get any of my deposit back .... and they are turning around saying I owe them 500$ knowing full well I'm a single mom, and I was always a good tenant. My old neighbors can back me up on this. This place will rob you cold and dry, do not trust them with anything.

Awful experience…read more Just really bad customer service. I would have to call multiple times for anything to get done (if it ever got done). When the lease was about to end they put a sign in our yard making it known that the house was up for rent. I had probably 10-15 people come up to my door telling me that no one was picking up the phone and then would ask if I could show the house. I would show them the house and then call Century 21 to let them know that some potential tenants had come to the house and that they were trying to get more information on the house. I felt like I basically worked for century 21 that last month. Don't expect to get much of your deposit back either (no what condition the house is in), but do expect it to get mailed to the wrong address or receive it late.

It's SO difficult to find a home in Stillwater (to purchase or rent). We were really lucky most likely, but I'm thankful for all our realtor's help and attention to detail. From offer to closing was almost exactly 2 months. With perhaps, 3 months of serious house hunting before that. Any decent house in Stillwater seems to sell immediately.
