Great job. Very fast and very professional. They worked hard in 100 degree weather and never slacked at all.

Do not pay these people anything other than deposits before the work is complete…read more I made the mistake of giving them the money when they arrived. Beast Mode Movers showed no remorse over the death of my friend that I was requested to remove personal belongings. Not realizing these movers were not in Ponca City because they showed up in Ponca City's mover's list as a top mover, I needed movers and was in a time crunch. When they arrived, I was requested to send the remainder of the fee of which I did. Then the job was incomplete even though I was telling them that I was willing to pay for the extra time. The 15 foot truck was barely half full after two hours and they were like "this job is already going to be over 6 hours, we need to go". (2 hours travel and receiving the truck in Ponca, 2 hours to move what was requested, and 2 hours return trip) and even though I was telling them I wasn't worried about paying them (and I was adding a tip on top of the bill) they were determined they were leaving to drop off at new address. What was done was rushed. There was a dining room table that I insisted the top had to be removed first. They were "we were going to move it as a single unit" and proceeded to do so. They carried it by the top and the bolts stripped the connecting hole and the table now wobbles until I can get it repaired. The questionnaire even asked if there was something that needed to be disassembled. It was only two bolts! I had to wait for transportation for me, but they were in such a hurry that I knew I was going to be there shortly afterwards. It was agreed that the furniture that made it to the truck could be placed in my parking space... they put it in the wrong parking space in the next building.

They never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them, and they stayed so positive, kind, and helpful the entire time. They went above and beyond, helping me with every random little thing that came up like finding me a stand on amazon that would fit my tv and giving me opinions on my decor when I needed advice. Just genuinely such nice people and such a great experience. I'm incredibly grateful for how accommodating and helpful they were, especially on such short notice. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat!

It took three attempts before the contract was actually written correct correctly. But that didn't matter because they were supposed to be there between six and 630 on a hot August day and they arrived at about 640 with one truck. I specifically asked if they were full-time workers or hired and they shared with me they were full-time and they also shared that they had their own moving trucks and they actually showed up in a U-Haul truck. Of course at this point when you're ready to move an entire house they kind of have you over a bend and they realize this so I had three movers and one truck and I made a phone call and I talked with the Oklahoma City manager, not the initial person out of Tulsa and he was very like well things happen, you know we're doing our best we have to pivot, blah, blah, blah blah blah, and they can go get another truck you know, U-Haul doesn't open until seven. They had a truck breakdown and they knew they didn't have their own moving truck last week. So again he kept saying well we can go wait at U-Haul but it's gonna slow down your move and we could get started and go ahead and get them going. Yada yada yada basically blew us off so we had one truck and three guys they started and they did move at a fairly consistent, slow pace. So they filled up one truck and if they would've had the second truck there we could've kept going. But what they had to do was they had to take an hour and 25 minutes to go get the second truck and they acted like well. it's really not a big deal but it actually is because if they would've had the second truck, they could've taken their hour lunch and then we could've gotten ahead of the game by 25 extra minutes. They were one supervisor type person and two younger guys, and then the third younger guy came along at 9:15. I called the owner Corey and all I got was things happen and we have to pivot and protocol this and protocol that and protocol this and he said they should communicate with you when the fourth guy is coming and there was no communication and he said well our protocol says this there is no communication. One of the young men dinged our Wall my husband ended up, going to Walmart to get some plaster and fixing it and painting it Someone else broke a lamp. And then one of the gentlemen opened our glass door too hard and the little thing that you slide to keep the glass door open broke. At this point, we just wanted them to leave. We did get a $100 discount for the hole in the wall and they are "ordering a lamp that should be there Tuesday or Wednesday we shall see. I really liked Corey the one from Tulsa, but he's a salesman and just be mindful of that. Jacob in Oklahoma City could give a rats behind. It was a debacle from the start. I had one young man who was dropping the F bomb in my home the other one his pants were literally falling down because he forgot to wear a belt. It just wasn't a great experience at all moving as stressful enough, but they certainly knew they had you over the barrel and when they just act like they don't care and that's my opinion, it makes it even worse. We end up tipping the movers. It's a hot August day over 100° took him a long time but my point being they knew they weren't gonna have two trucks for the contract and I think that's just shady. I would not recommend them based on my experience and my personal opinions .

They were…read morein front of my storage unit...not a problem and figured he would take 5 seconds to move a small box with plastic hangers in it to the side for a second but instead I was told to wait a minute while he went and grabbed a couch to put in the unit he was putting items into! I figured no problem I will scoot the box about a foot over so I can unlock my unit and when I did he loudly said..."Or not...and told me how I was being rough with her items! Then he kept running his mouth and I told him I guess I will see you in KDOC someday since you obviously are unprofessional and rude yourself! Him and the other two workers were then laughing at me about the whole situation while "their" customer witnessed their behavior! When I went outside I took a picture of their moving truck with phone numbers and truck number! While doing this the younger kid of the 3 walked out and I asked if the other workers name really was Tyler and he said No.. I then asked him what it was and he said he didn't know! I said you're working with them all day and you don't know their names? He said nope I'm a minor and he told me I was awfully old to be acting the way I was... just yet another professional behavior! Would NOT recommend if that's how their employees are allowed to be! I've called the company with no phone call back as of yet! Update: I have talked to a lady at Mighty Movers and she said she didn't know what went wrong but that the customer said I was throwing her boxes everywhere and that the kids were professional... so with that which is very untrue because I was about 5 feet from the lady and verified with her at the time that I simply pushed a box of hangers a few inches to unlock my unit and she agreed! As for Mighty Movers, it appears they just take their employees word for it and don't care what the general public views are about their unprofessionalism! Another Update: As you can see by the owners response they are not holding their employees actions accountable! My review will stay posted as is and it is also how they probably have a high rating because they treated those voicing the truth with threats of legal action! In addition I have phone records showing I called a Tommy back twice yesterday and never received a phone call until I could reach out this morning!

My experience was horrible. New Leaf customer service people were rude whenever the phone was answered and if a message was left to have them return a call very rarely was the call returned. When there was a question regarding any of my 6 promised delivery dates, the customer service person said they had to research why my delivery was not made and they would call me with the information. It must be a standard lie because I was never called back. The moving company New Leaf contracted with was Papa Taylor Moving and Storage out of Oklahoma. After doing a walk through inventory on the phone with Jay J, he assured me that I would not have any more costs than the figure he quoted me. When the movers showed up they wanted $1000 more money or my things would not be loaded onto the truck. I paid the money because at that point I did not have a choice, I was into the move already for quite a bit of money and I had to move out of my apt. To shorten a long story, Papa Taylor's was horrible. 90% of all boxes were either smashed, torn or holes poked into them, all my things had dirt on them and had 6 delivery dates where my things were not delivered. I was never notified as to why they did not show up and I had to call New Leaf and deal with their rude people for an explanation. Most of my things were damaged including my dryer (feet broken off and dented), washer (control knob broken and dented), desk delivered as a pile of broken wood pieces, wrong mini frig that was not mine and delivery men tried to convince me it was, vacuum cleaner connectors broken and hoses torn off, among a lot of other things. My daughter was told by Laci Taylor that I had $1000 credit which have not yet seen. I talked with Laci the same day after the delivery and she assured me she would make everything right. As of today, the Taylor's are not answering any of my calls or texts regarding damages even though I texted pictures to Laci Taylor. New Leaf has been unresponsive in helping. DO NOT GO with New Leaf because they contract with questionable movers. It took 16 business days for my delivery and the driver of the truck told me that my things had been loaded into storage and on trucks 5 different times.
