From the time they got the listing they did almost nothing. Initial photo shoot and that was it. Took a over a week to get their sign in our yard after the listing hit the MLS. No marketing, open house, or any other action to move the property. The only time we got feedback was when I contacted them. As far as showing us property on Lake Conroe, it was rare we saw anything they didn't list and even more rare Jamie was on time for an appointment . We saw far more properties through other Realtors or on our own. We parted ways today. It was the only time I saw Jamie Yancey hustle; he picked up his sign and lockbox in a couple of hours. If they didn't want the listing, they should have said so in the first place. Too busy with the high dollar homes on the lake to put much effort in The Woodlands. Wasted six weeks with these guys.

When I made the appointment they asked where I was coming from and how far it was so they were well aware of the time and money I had to put into this appointment. When I'm 20 mins away from Willis Texas. I get a call from a Realtor of http://www.lakeconroer.../ telling me they aren't going to show me the property because someone else has looked at it and is wanting to make an offer on it. The least they could have done was called me the day before so I would not have had to lose any money for a house I'll never even see much less buy. I provided them with 3 contact numbers. These people are careless, thoughtless, and down right unprofessional. Go with a well known realty company like Re max or Century21.
