Well this year we decided to put up a deck and needed a topographical survey and a plot plan for the zoning permit. So I called them because we used them before and had no issues. I told Christina what we needed and she said she would give the message to John and he would call me back over more info and set up an appointment. Well he didn't call back and so I wait a week before I called back. Still no response from John. I called 2 more times and still no response. The last time I called I told Christina that if he doesn't want to do it to just let me know. I went with a different company and was so pleased with everything about them. Needless to say I would not recommend FP&L.
